At Teadog, we want you to be fully satisfied with your tea experience; if you are not happy with your purchase, you may return unopened products within 30 days for a full refund.

Return Process

  Email our customer service team with your order number and the reason for your return to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure the tea tins or boxes are unopened and in their original packaging, then securely pack them in a sturdy shipping box.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided return label or ship the package via your preferred carrier to our distribution center, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
